How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Digistore24, the authorized reseller and merchant of record. You can request a refund directly through Digistore24 using the order details in your purchase confirmation email, or by writing to AIMeeting@support.com and we will help you complete the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
